Anytime you setup 2FA on user account, once you sign into the Control Panel you will be asked to put an authentication code after password. In case you choose to use an authentication app, then am sure you use the code that was created by the app. In case you enable SMS as preferred way, use code which was texted after putting in your password.
How to Disable or Turn off Two Factor Authentication on PayPal Account
- Log in or connect to your account online from here PapPal.com/login.
- select your phone number on the page.
- You can now disable.
