Each time you use Google Authenticator, you  will then not get text messages or even voice calls as one of the confirmation process as those platform are vulnerable to a strong social engineering attacks.

When Setting up 2FA with a Google Authenticator is very easy and it will only takes minutes. The fastest way to log in to your normal ActBlue account , click on Manage menu side inside the navigation bar at the top hand side .

You’ll  then connect a message concerning 2FA at the top hand side of the page. Click “Enable two-factor authentication” so as to secure account.

You’ll also see a message regarding enabling 2FA at the top of your Dashboard.

You can now setup 2FA by tapping on “Settings” tab inside the Manage menu and clicking on the “Enable” which is close to “Two-factor authentication” on Settings page.

Anytime you want to start, they will get you to “Enable two-factor authentication” side of the page ,  where you’ll easily get an instructions for downloading Google Authenticator on  mobile phone or tablet.

Once downloading and installing Google Authenticator, click on app and choose to “Begin Setup” and“Scan barcode.”

Scan barcode which comes on the page with app and be ready to get your first authentication code!

App will generate OR create a six-digit passcode you can easily enter inside the box at the down of ActBlue page. Enter code, click on “Verify and enable” down hand side as to complete the enabling process.
