Its called 2 steps verification or multi factor authentication. The reason for giving this name to it is because , 2fa comes in each time you want to login , you need 2 set of informations for it.
A six digits code will be sent on your mobile device. With the code , you can now access account online , including username and password.
Two factor authentication will play a very important and vital role in making sure no one else access or login to your own ActiveCampaign account. Once you enable or setup 2fa , be rest assured ActiveCampaign is highly secured and protected.
